Hi @Ray4850,
Thanks for visiting the EE Community
When it comes to ordering Sky stream via EE, you place the initial request just for the puck via the EE website and then you will be sent an e-mail with a reference number and link to then go to Sky and select your package. The order where you select your plan and billing etc is all handled directly with Sky.
If you are already a Sky Q customer at the time of placing an order then Sky will recognise this when you are taken to place an order and your current Sky Q subscription plan choice and its associated cost would just be moved to the Sky Stream device, though you would be able to choose any additional add-ons. You will also need to send back the Sky Q box.
If you have no active subscription you will just be taken to Sky to buy the subscription of your choice. As I say the ordering is done direct with Sky for the actual plan and my understanding is they do have certain criteria in terms of how long since you had a Sky subscription before being classed as a new customer. So as you are a current customer it is unlikely you would be able to take any new customer offers from them.

Hi Alex thank you for your very detailed reply, I thought that might be the case with sky so I will more than likely pick a EE TV package. Thanks 👍
