Hi @Ray4850,
Thanks for visiting the EE Community
When it comes to ordering Sky stream via EE, you place the initial request just for the puck via the EE website and then you will be sent an e-mail with a reference number and link to then go to Sky and select your package. The order where you select your plan and billing etc is all handled directly with Sky.
If you are already a Sky Q customer at the time of placing an order then Sky will recognise this when you are taken to place an order and your current Sky Q subscription plan choice and its associated cost would just be moved to the Sky Stream device, though you would be able to choose any additional add-ons. You will also need to send back the Sky Q box.
If you have no active subscription you will just be taken to Sky to buy the subscription of your choice. As I say the ordering is done direct with Sky for the actual plan and my understanding is they do have certain criteria in terms of how long since you had a Sky subscription before being classed as a new customer. So as you are a current customer it is unlikely you would be able to take any new customer offers from them.

Hi Alex thank you for your very detailed reply, I thought that might be the case with sky so I will more than likely pick a EE TV package. Thanks 👍

I am an existing customer but out of contract with Sky although a VIP of over 25 years with them. I am also an EE TV Subscriber, and EE Mobile User
Before I move to EETV Sky Stream, I would like to know firstly what is the benefits of the Puck versus EE Now.
Also, I am concerned from other posts that you lose the ability to record Sky - is that true - surely not...
It is described as Whole Home to get it one every TV using the Puck. I have four or five TVs which would or could be used, but only three EE boxes - does that restrict it to three. I assume Now TV just works on the EE Boxes, and you get everything but only on those three
Finally, do you lost any of the Sky Go functionality, or is that all retained via EETV App?
And finally finally, I currently pay about £80 for Sky. About £20 is for Multi Room and HD (really is a con that bit!) and £60 for Entertainment an Sport. Is the EE New Package more or less with that configuration. Its really hard to work out from the website.
Thanks

Hi @neilly0
Welcome to the community.
The EE TV (NOW) subscription lets you record programs on the EE TV box. The Sky Stream puck holds recordings on a cloud 'playlist'.
Sky Go is not included with the EE TV (NOW) subscription at the moment.
For your multiroom, you'll probably need an EE TV Box Pro with two mini boxes and the Big Sport 4k package, to get the Sky Sports channels.
You can build an order for EE TV here on our website. If you're looking to opt for Sky Stream, you'll be redirected to Sky to choose your package.
Hope this helps.

Very helpful Chris. Another question re Sky Go - will I be able to play out Sky Channels on the EE TV App remote from the box with the EE TV (Now) Subscription.

Hi @neilly0
Sorry if I misunderstand what you're asking. With the Now subscription, you will be able to play Sky channels through the EE TV box using the EE TV remote. It isn't classed as Sky Go though, it's just part of your Now subscription.
