Signal dropped

Hi all, is anyone else’s Signal dropping in and out of place that are normally strong? 
does anyone know how or why?

Welcome to the community,

 

You have not said where you are, that is the area, but if you click on  check coverage and network status at the top of this page, you can see if there is a problem where you are and also sign up for updates at the same time, as well as report it.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I don’t know if I’m being stupid but it won’t save a location for updates it shows a map but does nothing. I’m in St. Helens in wa9 area 

Goto the online coverage tool 

 

"Check status" searches for known faults & issues in your chosen location, and then lets you "get updates" on those, or "report a problem" if you have issues not listed.

WiFi is fine, just mobile just dropping I couldn’t do anything
