Took out a new contract for a phone and also a laptop with Internet..This is the worst contract iv had £70 a month and the Internet goes off everytime I touch them..if I'm doing something on the laptop I end up logging back in every 5 minz coz it goes off this is totally unacceptable ..Yet again its gone off I'm a Heart patient and do a lot of my appointments online..if this is not resolved very soon I will seek legal advise ! You are not providing me a proper service on either my phone or laptop..I certainly won't be staying with you if this is not resolved..Nor will I recommend you..Absolutely Appalling Service !!

@Kath77 This isn’t customer services it’s a public forum and we don’t know who you are or where you are. But have a look at THIS and click the CHECK STATUS tab as there could just be a network issue in your area.

What do you mean by "the internet goes off"?
