I have just got off the phone with EE via the online Rapid2 chat . It took 1hr and 10mins to try and get a eSIM added to one of my phones . All she wanted to do is sell me broadband. Still no further forward.
is it possible to just order one online or do I have to go through the whole process again . So frustrating

@Mike681 : You may order a replacement SIM online at Order a replacement SIM for £1.50. You can choose between a physical SIM or an eSIM.

Is it an additional line you're looking for, or a replacement SIM?
If it is an additional line, this can be purchased through your EE App or online account.
Similarly a replacement SIM can be ordered through the App or online account.
