I’ve just got a new iPhone 14 and can’t make any calls. My old phone won’t allow calls anymore so I can’t do anything…. The bot isn’t working so I can’t contact anyone!!!
Are you able to try the old SIM in your new phone? If that isn't working, I would recommend calling our Mobile Care team from another phone or jumping on our live chat service.
