Mast issues on South Ceredigion

I am based in south Ceredigion in West Wales, and we are having on-going outages with our local mast (which I believe serves south Ceredigion and north Pembrokeshire). I have called the help desk several times, and have acknowledged that this is an EE mast issue - but all they can tell me is that the 'engineers are fixing it'.
I would be okay if they DID fix it - but this is happening regularly. Sometimes is it down for 5-10 minutes, sometimes an hour or so - occasionally it is down for 36 hours or so... And by regularly, I mean that I have had outages on 22 April, 21st, 20th, 19th, 17th, 13th, 12th, 11th, 10th, 9th, 8th 7th and 6th. And that was just April...this has been going on a for four or five months now...
Am I alone with this, or is anyone else out there having the same issues?

Is this recognised under "check status" on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee

Yeah - its is actually being recorded as down at the moment even though it is working fine. But yes - I get official confirmaiton from EE whenever there are issues (of course, I am offline when there are issues, so don't actually received them until it is fixed - but at least I get to keep a record!)
