No phone signal service since 21/04/23

No service since Friday morning, just get standard message on status checker,  we expect good service within 16 hours. Have logged and signed up for updates but service still down Monday eve. How long should this take?

All fault fixes are expedited ASAP, but resolution estimates are just that.

Using the status checker options are the easiest way to get updates - you could otherwise call CS and speak to a tech agent who may be able to give you further details.
