Thanks for coming to the community.
If your SIM card is lost, please give our Guides a call. They’ll be able to access your account, block the existing SIM, and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you by post.
Alternatively, if you live near an EE store, you can go in store with photo ID, and they can replace the SIM for you there.
