EE wifi mast problems

Spoke to someone on the 25-01-2023 about my BB speed dropping & very erattic.

He assured me it was a mast problem,all of a sudden.

Does anyone else have problems KA18 Auchinleck.

The purpose of the SIM is to authenticate your device onto the network and allow/disallow access. You don't seem to have an issue with that, therefore a SIM replacement seems to me, unnecessary. A 2-way SIM-swap as previously suggested, would confirm this either way.

Data speeds varying is an indication of the amount of traffic on your serving site, varying. If your coverage levels are varying, that would normally mean your device is being handed between different radio layers - perfectly normal unless you lose coverage outright.

Earlier in this (now-combined) thread, you mentioned that using an Ethernet connection solved some of your speed issues. You need to be clear which wireless connection is causing your issues - is it the mobile coverage from the serving site to your router antenna, or is it the WiFi from your router to mobile device.

I don`t have a sim to swap,i need to talk to the EE support team

There is something wrong & i need it sorted,i feel i am paying for something that`s not working right.
