@jockwav1 : EE don't have WiFi masts. They are mobile network signal masts. WiFi is just the connection within your home for connecting your devices to your mobile router. It then thro' its SIM picks up the mobile signal broadcast by the EE masts.

To add, you can check for issues on EE's mobile network using the "check status" option on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee

I know EE don`t have masts, what i`m saying is my EE wifi router is what i use for my P.C. BB .

I have spoken to someone a few days ago who assures me he thinks they are working on a mast

that gives me my signal.I have been with EE for nearly 3 years,i know what signal i usually get

just all of a sudden it is all over the place.I will give them some time to get this sorted out before

i do anything else.

Hi @jockwav1

Let us know how you get on once the mast issue is resolved in the area.

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.

Use the service status checker I linked to in my previous post.

There may be some subtleties getting lost in translation here, but "thinks they are working on a mast" sounds a tad vague to me.

Any known network issues should be reported on the tool. If nothing's showing, I would personally conclude there's no known basis to your problems.

Well it started on the 24th-25th Jan,i`m usually quite patient but this is so annoying.

I will give it a few weeks then look elsewhere if it is still the same, paying for bad BB not good.

Still no improvement in my fluctuating BB speed,it`s very unstable and they will increase their prices on 31st of March £5.50.😅

Hi @jockwav1,

Have you received any updates since reporting the problem via the Status Checker?
