Issues with coverage

I have exactly the same issues where we live we seldom get above 2 bars cannot receive some calls as cuts off frequently meaning I need to keep my landline still. EE say nothing they can do with using phone indoors even though Wifi calling is on. I was having problems connecting to my sky and they suggested I buy a separate cable even though my sky box is so close to the wifi box which we have done we never had this problem until BT started changing all the cables etc everywhere price we are paying for Broadband is ridiculous but not sure changing is going to help

Your post has been moved to a dedicated thread to give advice to your specific scenario.

If your phone shows coverage, then calls should not be dropping, if they are then something is clearly awry. No CS agent should be advising you nothing can be done, that's incorrect. As regards WiFi-calling, if your phone shows coverage then it may be that it's not even being used - it should only be cutting in when mobile coverage is deemed unusable.

There's a possibility that the dropped calls are occurring where mobile or WiFi-coverage is fluctuating, but the easiest way of identifying that is to monitor your on-screen indicators when calls drop, to see which radios are being used - are you using the mobile network, or WiFi?

CS should be able to investigate further, if you can provide times & dated examples of dropped calls.
