Can’t send/ download photos on WhatsApp without WiFi

I have noticed that whenever I am away from my accomodation, which has WiFi I can’t send or download WhatsApp photos or videos. I have found in another community chat that I have to enable permissions that are blocked but I haven’t been able to do so...

Never use all data

Hi there, I want to reduce my data cap even more.I only really use 10-12mb a month and I’m on a 125mb plan. Is there a smaller cap I can use or is125 the minimum. £56 a month is not worth it for me. Thank you
