Hi

My billing cycle ends 3rd Dec therefore should reset on the 4th.

On the website it has not reset and I am almost at zero.

Any ideas why?

@Fraters_  Your billing cycle is every 30 days.  It’s also January not December.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

If you text BALANCE to 150, what is the result?

Allowances reset  on the same date each month.

Thanks for the reply.

December was a typo, I realise it's the 4th.

When you say every 30 days, do you mean it's not the same date each month? How can I find out the day it's meant to reset?

No, it's not every 30 days. It is the same day-date each month.

Are you in UK?

Your bills will be produced on the same date each month. Check your billing history either on the myEE app or website.
