No 5g liverpool city centre samsung a33

My son has a Samsung fold and I have an a33. Both on EE. We met up last night and he's got good 5g and I was on 4g. It's a new sim in my phone but I've yet to connect to 5g. Any ideas,?

Resolved! Mobile data

HI I have added broadband to my account and was meant to get 20g extra onto my phone plan but the t hasn’t been added yet. It has been 3 weeks when my broadband started

Usage abroad

I think it’s ridiculous that as a company you have changed your data charging and it now costs extra to use your own data abroad. I haven’t been charged this before and know of other companies who don’t do this, I would like to be refunded the amount...
