hi, I received this text from 1024 when I entered Ukraine on Saturday. Please could someone confirm or deny whether this is true or not?

As far as I am aware, EE are still covering the cost of calling, texts and data in Ukraine. If you are charged for any reason, it should be refunded in 24h.
