I’ve paid my bills on my phone and my data is still not working any one no why it’s not connecting

As @Chris_B mentioned, it can take up to 24 hours for your phone to fully reconnect after being suspended.
If it's been over 24 hours since you paid your bill and you're still unable to use your phone, I'd advise contacting us and speaking to a guide.

@Friel if you were cut off for non-payment and you’ve now paid that bill it can take up to 24 hours to reactivate your line. It’s not instant because you’ve now paid.
