My data is not showing up and I can’t use my data can’t gift data

What happens when you try to give data from the app?

Have you tried logging in to your My EE online?

It’s showing me 0 data Available as I have 150GB data and 3 more lines . So I can’t use my data and can’t gift data. It’s been 3 days and I am really upset about it . I wish they sort my problem otherwise I’ll leave them soon , 

rang the customer service and not helpful asking will be fine in 2 hours now it’s 3 days and still same problem,

Are you seeing the same problem with both the app and My EE online?

Did our customer care team gift the data for you whilst we look into this?

No they not helping me , ring them 4 , 5 times
