I took put a full works plan with an iphone in December 2022 and it took about a month to connect me and I have not been able to gift data at all or access other settings. Has anyone one had similar issues or know what i can do to get re to resolve this. i’m getting fed up of ringing them every month to transfer data and the time i have wasted is becoming stupid now

@GDavies1972 , you can only gift data to someone on your account, who does not have unlimited contract, you cannot gift data to pay as you go either, so not sure what you are trying to do, please enlighten us, so that we can help.

@GDavies1972 Are you registered as an account user or are you registered as the bill payer on your account? You are not automatically setup as the bill payer you need to select this yourself.

Person is on my account and does not have an unlimited contract and is not pay as you go. I can gift data by calling.

Do you see the option to gift data while in the app, or is the option missing?
If you do see the option to gift data, what happens when you try to do this?
