How do I get anyone in EE to take customer service seriously. I desperately want someone to speak to me and sort out the fiasco with trying to fix my broadband transfer from Plusnet to EE but it seems nobody is capable of sorting it out, or responding to all my attempts to get someone senior to speak to me? A big fat zero out of ten for how to deal with customers or problems.

@AlanMobbs4 Why do you need someone senior to do that, EE OTS should be taking care off it all for you!

Because everyone I have contacted to date - and there are many - have failed to deal with or take ownership of the problem. Hoping someone more senior might take an interest and maybe get some basic customer service training sorted out!

What are the issues you're having with the transfer and perhaps we can give some advice on the Community?
I will point out that there is no account access on here and your official routes for escalating this are via the Complaints route if you feel you are not being heard, and any steps beyond that should be in accordance with the Complaints Code of Practice.
