Purchased the DU8000 Samsung TV via add to plan
Was supposed to have a 24 month TNT Sports included
I’ve been through my account and can only find options to buy TNT sports rather than activating it

Would the TNT sport access not come via Discovery plus?

Welcome to the EE Community
Did you take out the Samsung TV bundle as an add-on to your mobile plan? If you check your Mobile add-ons via your online account on the app or website, is the bundle showing in there?
If so have you tried heading to ee.co.uk/tntsports and entering the mobile number the bundle has been added to, it will send you a PIN to confirm and then if the bundle is active it should show the TNTSports there to activate.

I’ve got exactly the same problem, I wasn’t sent a link or email, no paperwork, nothing, I bought the tv which has been delivered and now nothing, did you find a solution?

Hi Leone, I called this number 0800 0790 062 and they sorted it within a couple of minutes.

Hi was there ever resolved as I’m having the same issues and EE don’t even know how to sort it out themselves when I call as I toke this as a add on package;
Product: Samsung 55 inch DU8000 Smart TV 24 month bundle with TNT Sports
Quantity: 1
Pay Today: £1.00
Pay Monthly for 24 months: £17.00
when I call they lie to me saying tnt isn’t included when it’s all over my emails from EE but no matter what I do I can’t activate I don’t know how to do it myself

Could you try giving the contact number on this Manage Your Subscriptions help page a call please?
