Purchased Samsung TV with TNT Sports - cannot activate the sports anywhere

Purchased the DU8000 Samsung TV via add to plan

Was supposed to have a 24 month TNT Sports included 

I’ve been through my account and can only find options to buy TNT sports rather than activating it

Hello it won’t let me private message you 

this still hasn’t been resolved by the way and I’ve had the TV 8 months

expecting a hefty refund to be honest
