We have just switched over to EE however we aren’t receiving some tv channels

You've set up your TV Box Pro in internet mode @Knowhead , so you'll only be receiving the channels available in this mode.  You have the option to switch to aerial mode, where you'll then be able to pick up all channels in your area (assuming you have an aerial you can connect).

Your TV Box Mini only supports internet mode, so the channels you can see are all you'll get.

@Knowhead  Is that via a pro box or Apple TV ?  Are you using an ariel or WiFi ?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
