Two weeks ago i made complaint and was told yes it will be looked in today I get a text to return equipment so I rang up and was told the person how is dealing with my case will be in after 4pm today and I will email as a matter of urgency surprise surprise no got back to me so I’m no more the wiser ? Any advice from anyone

There is no account access on these forums.
Once you have received your deadlock letter you can escalate to the ombudsman. Alternatively call EE CS again.

Thanks northerner haven’t received any correspondence just that Text saying you need to return the equipment so I don’t know what’s going on. It’s like ee is imposing everything
