Having spent hours failing to connect this to our TV , we contacted EE customer help . Our technical help assistant spent approximately 30 minutes trying to remedy the problem, after which he simply cut out phone call off ! Which is obviously very rude and extremely poor customer service. Leaving us with no TV service
