I placed an order for pixel 9 pro xl on the 4th recd confirmation and heard nothing since then. tried a few no to contact someone about the order and have found no options to spk to someone

Have you been able to check your Junk/Spam folder for any emails from EE?
Was this an upgrade, a new contract order or have you bought the device outright?

Hello, i have been checking my junk mail aswell as my main one, the phone is a new contract, altough we are a customer, when placing order online i got usual credit check then signe agreement for phone and one for the package

If you give our team a call on 150 from an EE Device, you can either select option 1 to use the visual service. Or select option 2, followed by option 1, option 1, option 1. This will connect you to one of our Mobile Guides, who will be able to check the status of your order and get you an update.

I can't phone 150 as I do not have an EE device, this is my first phone contract I am an existing broadband customer

thank you for your help, i eventually got someone who had a guide who was checking where order was then got hung up on, so will have to go through it all again tomorrow
