DPD pin sent to watch number not mobile number

This really needs fixing and no the pin wasn’t sent to the DPD app or by email even though I have seen posts in here saying it would be.Managed to get a redelivery for tomorrow 150 changed it to my mobile details but fact this is still an issue needs looking at.

@jamescunny  The pin via the DPD app is most definitely there as it’s sent with the tracking via the DPD app. It’s not a separate notification.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

There’s no pin wasn’t even any tracking info had to input the number manually hoping it shows up on Friday morning.if I got an order confirmation email how come I didn’t receive a email confirming delivery date.Only knew when DPD driver turned up watch number needs linking to email to prevent this happening.
