Resolved! Missed direct debit

my direct debit in 10th said it was declined but my EE account said I paid my bill. So whats going on in this situation? I don’t think I paid but I cannot repay it.

CGNAT & Gaming

Is there anyway to circument this?  I have a double NAT on my XBOX,  Below is a comment saying they found a workaround but no joy for me. Then bang more bad news. EE had a funny NAT type that blocks me from connecting to most multiplayer games. Darn....

4GEE WiFi Mini Hub

HiI purchased the above item last year which came with 120gb or 12 months usage, whichever came first.I can’t seem to find anywhere how much data I’ve already used or what happens at the end of 12 months.Any assistance would be appreciated
