Why am I not eligible for getting a "Doubledata"

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Double data is an offer available to BT broadband customers who are also EE mobile customers. BT and EE are coming together to give you more | Learn more about the relationship between EE and BT

If you have both products you can try texting DOUBLE DATA to 150 to claim, if you have both products but the text is not working, give us a call on 150 and one of our guides can validate your two products and help add the double data for you.
