I topped up £10 to my balance to use another mobile pack subscription but i can’t get it to register the free minutes/texts/data etc….
Now it has taken the payment again and gone through correctly but I have an additional £10 extra balance I didn’t want/need. Can this be returned?

You will have to speak to customer service about this, we cannot do anything here, this is not customer service but a public forum. You may be lucky and they may offer a refund, but usually not on pay as you go. The balance can be used once you have used your top up.

PAYG credit is not refundable nor transferable, except for the 1st unspent direct card payment.
Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top. What does it say, obscuring your mobile no.?
