4GWifi Mini Hub not connecting

Purchased the pocket hub with unlimited data. Inserted SIM card, charged, etc.

Never got the aqua (or green?) light. At best it was flashing and then it would be no light at all, as if the device goes into sleeping mode. Sometimes my devices see the hub, but cannot connect to it.

Trying to go onto the 192... address but it keeps loading forever and then times out. Can it be something wrong with the hub?

I have exactly same issue as outlined above. I have purchased the pocket wifi with unlimited data. The light is either flashing or no light at all. The device is fully charged. I tried both with battery and charger. SIM card is in. My devices see the network but can't connect to it. I am typing the 192...number into browser and it just doesn't connect to this address either, it loads forever and then times out. Could it be a fault with the dongle?

  1. Where and when did you buy it. 
  2. Can you try the SIM in a phone. 
  3. Have you tried resetting the device. 
  4. Are you in the UK.
