Hi, I've just switched over to EE and have a tv package included, but the mini box provided keeps dropping internet connection while watching normal tv channels. This occurs whether I'm hard wired via ethernet cable or wifi. Streaming apps like Netflix is fine with no dropouts at all experienced.
Could the mini box be faulty? I've tried everything it suggests from restarting the box, factory reset, rebooting the router.

Apologies, just also to state that I also have the EE TV box pro (hard wired connection) and I don't experience any drop outs when watching anything. I am not using any powerlink adaptors or wifi extenders. The error code I get when drop outs occur on the mini box are IPC6023. Download speeds are approx 800mbps.

I am sorry to hear you are having some issues with your EETV mini box. With what you have done already, you have covered what we would usually recommend trying with your router and TV box to resolve it.
As that has not worked I would recommend getting in touch with our TV tech team as they will be able to access more information on your connection to help diagnose and fix the issue.
