TV channel issues since upgrade from Full Fibre 150 to FF900

While we were with BT on the lower speed we had no issues and the same applies to EE while we were using the BT equipment. within the last three weeks our TV channels have started dropping out intermittently - pixelation and loss of sound, sometimes complete drop out with advice screen and error code 6023. I have been on the phone to the tech department at least three times and consequently I'm on my third EE Pro7 router. The problem persists. According to "Fast" my download speed to my desktop, connected via ethernet, is 1.3Gbps while my laptop, connected via wifi, is currently getting 76Mbps ( yesterday it was getting 240Mbps and the physical relationship between router and laptop has not changed! ) I have carried out a number of procedures, including disconnecting ethernet, re-booting boxes and router. I have tried to use the EE app to check my setup and this gives varying responses which have been less than useful. I have become frustrated and exasperated trying to deal with this situation over the phone and tried to request an engineer visit which was refused. However, I don't know how useful this would be as the last two visits were not really product due to varying levels of technical nous. Hopefully somebody on here can make some sensible suggestion!

I've been having drop out issues with my TV channels and connection problems with my laptop. My system contains a number of Devolo components which are still broadcasting my old BT SSid. Could this be the problem? Irun some tests with only the 5GHz connecting and the channel dropout persists. I finally resolved my laptop problem by "forgetting" it's wifi adapter. My Android phones also seem to get booted out occasionally as well.
