EE 4G Mobile Wifi

I've tried for 4 months almost to get this EE4G Wifi mini to function. i can  stream on youtube but not netflix, i can download games off of certain applications, on some i cant even connect to. I cant play anything i  downloaded, wont let me connect...

No port on my 5g mobile router?

How do I connect hubs for my other devices? I used to just plug the security camera hub into my last router. Is buying a booster the way to go - and plug it into that?

Yesterday once again No Signal . Niw only ONE BAR despite EE showing alls well .It’s NOT well I’m afraid and 4GEE is very weak .  It’s just getting Worse since BT have taken over EE. Do they really know what they are doing  in the digital world???
