Resolved! Connecting Sky Q to EE 4G Router

Hello,We have just switched over to a EE 4G router due to poor BB connection down copper wire (3 miles from the box!). All devices connect fine, apart from Sky Q box. It says it is connected but there is no Internet connection. What can I do, please?

Wifi not working

I have a mobile chip in a wifi booster for about a year now. The last month the wifi has been completely out. I have tried resetting it. I have moved the wifi box to differant areas but nothing helps. EE says there is nothing wrong but it's not tight
