We have just moved to a very rural location and as such are really limited on internet service providers.
We have opted for the 4G Smart Hub after the coverage checker stated that coverage was excellent both in and outdoors. When it was initially connected (around a week ago) it worked well, however, it regularly drops out and loses connection. Video calls are extremely blurry and often loses connection.
I ran a speed test and it showed 9.41 Mb/s download speed and 2.52 Mb/s upload speed.
Is there anything we can do to enhance to connection in any way? Ie a booster or using an antenna of some sort? (I’m not sure how this works but have seen it mentioned) Following a thread on this forum I have changed the IPv4v6 to IPv4 and that seemed to help initially but now we’re back to it being fairly unstable.
Any suggestions would be appreciated! TIA

Good morning @Blossom36.
Welcome to the EE Community 😊
I totally understand you'll want to get the most from your 4G Hub, and if this has been working well up until a certain point, it would indicate there could possibly be something else going on in the area limiting things.
Have you had a chance to take a look at our Network Status Checker?
This should highlight if we're aware of any outages in the area that could be affecting your connection, and also gives you the option to report potential issues, too.
