Did you mean:

Hub is not connecting to the Internet.

Im am having the exact same issue and in the same place if waiting for an engineer to re instate my connect as im a bt customer, and months down the line it seems to be unresolved. No idea why its not working

All my devices connect to the hub. But the hub is not connecting to the Internet. I have tried all the trouble shooting and changing of settings. With no such luck. I've spoken to customer advisors many times (also trouble shooting) with same results. "Connected without Internet". I may add ive had 2 mini hub in the last 2 weeks and they have giving me nothing and playing extremely hard to get lol

I've actually given up on trying to use them. Theve caused me so much aggro. But I hope this gets sorted. As moving is stressful enough for without the hiccups that come along with it and having a WiFi connection can make the admin tasks so much easier

@Leecrane1986 : Just to be clear, is this an EE mobile router that BT has sent you as a stopgap while your BT fixed Home BB is sorted out?

Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top. What does it say,  obscuring your mobile no.?

Im not sure on the make or model of the hub

Im a bt broadband customer. But bt/ee actually are working together. I have always spoken to the bt reps and have been sent ee products. Which was confusing in the 1st place........and as its a ee product that has been supplied by my provider. I've posted on this forum

@Leecrane1986 : Post a pix of it. I haven't the faintest idea of what kit you are talking about. I bet it's not the 4GEE Wifi Mini Hub, the subject of this thread.
