There has been a service issue in the area for 4 days now and we have not had any mobile broadband service. The light flashes red on the router and gives us absolutely no service.
Is this normal for EE, has anybody else experienced this? I would have expected engineers to have fixed this within 24 hours.

I can totally understand you'll want this sorted as soon as possible, but with network faults these can occasionally be complex and take a bit longer than expected to resolve.
You can register for updates via the network status checker, or alternatively if you reach out to our technical team, they'll be able to take a closer look too.
