Third party router with EE SIM card connection details

I have a great 5G router that works perfectly as plug and play with a GiffGaff SIM card but im an EE user.....

if I use the EE SIM card it doesnt connect 😞 and first I thought it was just the APN settings but that didnt work 😞

I tried selecting the band frequencies EE uses..... that didnt work

I looked at the WAN connection which defaults to DHCP but could be PPoE. I cant find the details for this unless I have "wired" broadband for EE.... any suggestions? fixes? im about to give up and move back to GiffGaff

What else could it be? It's certainly not PPPoE as that's for fixed BB.

Yes, but what are the other options for the WAN connection?

EE level 3 support have now washed their hands of it...

Router manufacturer also say it works with GiffGaff its not their issue either
