Unlock a 4G router

When trying to use the EE Unlock your device link on the EE website, I continually get an error- Application error: a client side exception has occurred. I’m stuck. I’ve tried two different browsers and an iPad.

cannot connect EE wifi on the underground

I have a sim only contract can't t connect to t EE Wi-Fi when I am in the underground - please can I be advised how to resolve this.
