Can’t link mobile device for account management

MyEE doesn't work for registering PAYG MBB devices or at least those with data SIMs. It stops at telling you to connect your device & login to it, but when you've done as instructed it doesn't have anywhere for you to say you've done it.

 

You may continue using your device but you just can't register it to MyEE.

 

  1. Use Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no.
  2. Go to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from the device will tell you your usage.
  3. Go to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from the device to buy add-ons.

Every time I log into my account it says verify account and I should receive an email.

I have signed up on EE and my sim card runs out end of the month so I just want to see what offers their are to load up the sim.

It’s not letting me link my device as it says I need to provide a number from EE; however I have an EE SIM card on my phone. Can you please help?

Have you had a My EE account for this number or email address before? 

Is the SIM pay as you go or pay monthly?

The email hasn’t been used in anything, nor has the number. It is also pay as you go.
