4GEE WIFI MINI now impossibly slow.

My wifi mini 4GEE has become so slow it has become useless, loading pages takes an age and often don't load at all. It seems impossible to speak to anyone at EE so hopefully someone will respond here. It was OK at first but last few months it has been painfully slow. Any suggestions? Ray

Hi @Rayxray 

What does the Network Coverage Tool report for you - are there any issues in your area?

Try moving the 4GEE to different locations, and restart each time you move it - make sure it is unobstructed by metal/glass cabinets, TVs etc.

If nothing improves, then I would advise getting in touch with EE's tech support team.

Thanks Alex, after a very long phone call with EE this evening I've decided to upgrade to a more stable broadband connection. But in the meantime I'll try out your suggestions 👍
