Hello.my question is about my ee71 modem which i bought recently.so after i turn on my modem everything is right and I connect to it with my phone or ps5 but my issue is the modem led lights will completely turns off after a few seconds and stays off...

Do I have to use the ee supplied router for 4g broadband. Or can I buy a different brand router (eg tp link) and use that?
