5G not as efficient as I was told when I got the contract.

So aside from the speed actually being decent - 9-13MBps on Steam, and 127-238Mbps on Xbox Series X (when paying for 143Mbps), that's aboot it. Phone WiFi drops on the odd occasion with 3 different mobile phones, and on the Series X and S, you can't really watch stuff on Netflix/YouTube/Disney+ etc without juddering or buffering while downloading updates - similar story on the PC. Then there's the UPnP unsuccessful (even though activated) and NAT set to Strict on the X and S.

When I was talking to the guy who I got the contract with, I mentioned that there are people in the household who game a lot, and he never mentioned that mobile broadband isn't *that* great when it comes to gaming online.

I feel like I was missold in a sense. I'd phone up customer service, but I really dislike speaking on the phone or in person.

Thank You for your time reading, and sorry if it's a bit of an essay.

What would you magnificent peoples of the interwebs do?
