Hi, should I be able to take the sim out of my phone and use it in a 4g router or does it have to to be specificity a data sim to to work in a 4g router? I ask because I am trying to do some testing of speeds but can’t seem to get it to work. Thanks 

Account number

Would like to cancel my Sim for the mobile broadband as contract has ended today. I've sold house so no longer needed. Can't do it online. Can't phone. Tried to do it through chat and had no reply. Help please.
