Did you mean:

Got a 4g mini last week it works ok but I have connection issues:

JohnDon5764
Explorer

Connection issue1 echo dot finds network, tries but never connects

issue2 airplay from iPhone XR, tries but never connects

issue3 iPad connects but not all games work, they just fail to load.

All of these work on home broadband.
Is there a setting on the mini blocking all of these? If there is I can’t find it.

You probably need to switch the mobile router to the 2.4 GHz WiFi band. These smart home devices often can't do 5 GHz.
