Hi all.
I did an upgrade couple weeks ago and now my internet not working at all. It is so slow can't even watch a movie online. Had same problem on previous contract and got the EE antenna installed by engineers, not sure which model it is but it cost 100£. It started to work great and now after upgrade it's same issues.
It will sound stupid but maybe someone know if my antenna still working? I know it id connected via cables so shouldn't be a reason why it stopped working but that's strange that after upgrade I have same issues like I had on my previous contract.
I already phoned technical support but all I got to check my speed for couple on days and they will give me a call next week. Any help or ideas much appreciated.

Try a speedtest here http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest.html . Click on the "Results Page" button at the bottom of the graph you first see and then copy to here just the "Link to this result:" link that you see below the next main graph.

It wasn't just the speed I'm after but the shape.
