Unlock Mini WiFi Device

I have a EE PAYG 4GEE WiFi Mini and would like to unlock it to use on a different network. Model is EE71-2BE8GB3

I have the IMEI number but this doesn't work on the ee online form - https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/mobile/settings-permissions/device-unlock as I receive the error message 'Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)'

Any ideas?

I called Customer Services on +44 800 079 8586, didn’t take too long to get through.

The Agent I spoke too admitted he had never dealt with a 4GEE  device before but once I gave him the IMEI number (you will find it on the label on the bottom) it was sorted within a few minutes. You do need to be able to connect to the device and also log into the management page.

To get the device unlocked you can request this online using the Unlock EE Device to Use with Another Network page and selecting unlock your device.

I got this fixed myself I login management plage and switched on SIM card locking came up I when put EE SIM card when put code as 1111 and some how it worked and I found the code on EE website or Google hopefully this will help people with the same problem as me after doing all that it let me put any SIM card inside and it works but before it was locked to EE and only basically worked with networks runs on ee but now I fixed it  by thanks for the reply
