Unlock Mini WiFi Device

I have a EE PAYG 4GEE WiFi Mini and would like to unlock it to use on a different network. Model is EE71-2BE8GB3

I have the IMEI number but this doesn't work on the ee online form - https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/mobile/settings-permissions/device-unlock as I receive the error message 'Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)'

Any ideas?

I have a 4gee mini WiFi hub that's been sat in a drawer unused for 4 years, that I'm having trouble unlocking. It now has a tesco sim in it that shows it's still locked.

I have the WiFi key and the WiFi password and the unlock code. But when I try to unlock it, I first need to input a password, but it won't recognise the password supplied nor 'admin'.

I have also done a factory reset without success.

What do I try next please?

@Dusson-Girl : Which "password supplied"? Where? Have you looked at the admin pwd  on the label on the reverse of the battery cover?

The 192.168.1.1  password supplued6 on the label stuck to the inside of the rear cover. It doesn't work.

@Dusson-Girl : A Factory Reset should have got it back to the defaults written on the label.

Unfortunately several factory resets haven't worked.  Do you have any suggestions please?

I've already tried that and unfortunately it wasn't helpful.

I have used a 4GEE WiFi device for several years, but only for a month or so each year. Getting another SIM every year has been a real pain! Plus EE's mobile Broadband rates are so confusing...

I followed the advice of XRaySpex earlier in the thread and CS readily supplied me with an UnLock code which was easy to apply once I had inserted a SIM from another Network. Thanks for the advice guys.
