hi just got new router and its the smart hub i believe is the basic router. however i have signed up for fiber 36 essentials and is suppose to come with the smart hub plus according to the website . i am also paying for wifi enhancer but this only works on the hub plus. spoke to ee today and was told i dont need the plus version as its only for smart wifi so now i am confused. with my tv boxes and mobile etc im concerned my wifi may not be fast enough with the standed hub . also how do i get a hybrid connect device as believe this is included with the full works package

Essential plans do not come with SH+, Smart WiFi nor Hybrid Connect - see Broadband Plan T&Cs
36 Meg (probably actually 40 Meg) should be enough for TV & mobiles.
Which variant of EE Smart Hub do you have (read label or post a pix)?
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
